2. Explore new music; avoid emo. Watch movies; explore foreign cinema.

3. Get your Nietzsche, Camus and Sartre right.

4. Call mom. Go home. Accept facts. Kill cognitive dissonance.

5. Create! Make! A lot of great art came out of profound personal crises.

6. Go see a doctor. Clinical depression can be cured.

7. Suicide can be a way out of the mire. But (3) is better.
